The AxyPrep Mag PCR Clean-up kit utilises a unique paramagnetic bead technology for high-throughput purification of PCR amplicons. An optimised buffer selectively binds PCR amplicons of over 60 bp to the beads, giving flexibility and high recovery with efficient primer-dimer removal.
