Low profile, rigid plate with thin walls and elevated skirt − ideal for robotic handling
The working volume for this plate is typically between 5µl and 25µl
Designed for use with ABI9800 but can be used with most regular and Real-Time cyclers
All wells are frosted to improve Real-Time PCR signal-noise ratios
Moulded-in alpha-numeric identification
Can be sealed with optical, flat 8-cap strips (BS291), optical, semi-domed 8-cap strips (BS261), Opti-Seal sealing film (BP231) or aluminium seal (BP232)
